Patrick Biltgen is a senior principal systems engineer at Vencore supporting the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO). Previously, he was the senior mission engineer for BAE Systems' Intelligence Integration Directorate where he was the subject matter expert on activity-based intelligence (ABI) capabilities for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA). He received his Ph. D, M.S, and his B.S. in aerospace engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
