David E. Stone is president of WorldWired, Inc. and serves on the graduate faculty of Southern Polytechnic State University. Dr. Stone provides WBT consulting services to a variety of U.S. and European corporations. He has been active in the field of computer based and online learning for more than two decades and holds a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from Cornell University.
