Sergei Tretyakov is a professor of radio engineering at Helsinki University of Technology, Finland . He received his PhD and Doctor of Science (Habilitation) diploma from St. Petersburg State Technical University and Docent and Full Professor Diploma from the Ministry of Education, Russian Federation.
