is an Associate Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the Florida Institute of Technology and Director of the Wireless Center of Excellence, where he focuses on wireless communications, RF propagation, and system performance analysis. He earned his B.S. from the University of Belgrade and his M.S. and Ph.D. in electrical engineering from Florida Institute of Technology and the University of Central Florida. Prior to academia, he worked as an RF engineer developing propagation models and network planning tools, and he has published extensively in IEEE journals and conferences while remaining active in graduate education and industry-focused research.
