is an Associate Professor in the Department of Electronics Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines), Dhanbad, India. He received his PhD from the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur. He is a Young Associate of INAE and Senior Member of IEEE & URSI.
