Dr. Robert Henry is Professor and Head of the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at University of Louisiana at Lafayette. He earned his Ph.D. in electrical engineering from New Mexico State University and his M.Sc. and B.Sc. from the University of Southwestern Louisiana.
