is a professor at the University of South Carolina at Columbia and director of its Microwave Engineering Laboratory. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Victoria. He has contributed presentations at dozens of professional conferences, written hundreds of articles and holds eight patents. He is a member of IEEE.
