How can I change my billing currency?
Artech House charges North American, South American, and Australian customers in U.S. dollars and all other customers in British Pounds Sterling. If the currency displayed on the website is not accurate for your location, you may change it by selecting your geographic location in the page heading by clicking on the U.S.A or U.K. flag icon.

Where will my books ship from?
Customers in North America, South America, and Australia will have their titles shipped from our United States warehouse, while customers from the UK, Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East will have their titles shipped from our UK warehouse.

How can I find the items I want? You can search by using the "Search" box in the top right of the page heading

How do I get all the information I need about an item?
Simply click on the book or software title and find relevant information, including:

  • Essential title information, such as price and a picture of the item
  • Product reviews from industry experts
  • Related titles
  • Pre-publication discounts
  • Sample chapters
  • Description of the author
  • Table of content

How does the Shopping Cart work?
When you have found an item you would like to buy, simply click on "Buy Now" and you will add this item to your Shopping Cart. Just as in a physical store, your Shopping Cart holds items until you are ready to check out. You will not be charged for any items until you proceed all the way through the checkout. You can always get back to your cart by clicking on the icon found on the navigation bar.
