Frater Michael Frater is an associate professor at the University of New South Wales in Australia and is the coauthor of Electronic Warfare for the Digitized Battlefield (Artech House, 2001). He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical) from the University of Sydney, a Masters of Higher Education from the University of New South Wales and a Ph.D. in systems engineering from the Australian National University.
  • Michael Ryan Michael Ryan is a senior lecturer at the University of New South Wales in Australia, where he received his Masters of Engineering Science and his Ph.D. in electrical engineering. He is the coauthor of Electronic Warfare for the Digitized Battlefield (Artech House, 2001).
