  • Macgregor S. Reid Macgregor S. Reid retired from the Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, California, serving most recently as the technical executive assistant to the director. He is a fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society and the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics.
  • Charles T. Stelzried Charles T. Stelzried is a retired expert in the area of low noise receiving systems, working most recently in the InterPlanetary Network Directorate Technology Office at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, California. He holds a Ph.D. in electrical engineering from the University of Southern California.
