  • Yaakov Bar-Shalom Yaakov Bar-Shalom is a distinguished professor in the Electrical, Computer, and Information Engineering Department at the University of Connecticut. He received his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Princeton University, and his M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Technion in Israel. Dr. Bar-Shalom is a Fellow and distinguished AES Society lecturer in the IEEE, and a director on the board of the International Information Fusion Society.
  • William Dale Blair William Dale Blair is a senior research engineer at the Georgia Tech Research Institute in Atlanta, Georgia. He was an electrical engineer with the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division. He received his B.S. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Tennessee Technological University, and his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Virginia. Dr. Blair is a senior member of the IEEE and a member of the Association of Old Crows.
