Matthew A. Morgan

is a scientist/research engineer at the Central Development Lab (CDL) at the National Radio Astronomy Observatory (NRAO) in Charlottesville, VA. He received his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from California Institute of Technology and his B.S. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Virginia.
