Joseph J. Rushanan

has been a Principal Mathematician at the MITRE Corporation for 38 years. He has been a part of various teams focused on GPS M-code signal design security, L1C signal design, alternative security architectures for military GPS receivers and more. He received his B.S./M.S. education from The Ohio State University in 1982 and his Ph.D. from the California Institute of Technology in 1986.
