Qingjun Liu is a lecturer in the Biosensors National Special Laboratory at Zhejiang University, China, where he received his Ph.D. in biomedical engineering. He is also a visiting scholar in the Department of Health Technology and Informatics at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
