Luis Munoz is an associate professor at the University of Cantabria and a professor at the University of Aalborg. A senior member of the IEEE, he received M.Sc. degrees in electrical engineering and Ph.D. degrees in telecommunications engineering from both the Polytechnical University of Cataluoa and the Birla Institute of Technology.
