currently serves as an Assistant Professor at LNMIIT (LNM Institute of Information Technology), located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. His journey in academia has been distinguished by several significant roles and notable contributions. His prowess in teaching and his valuable contributions to the field of education led to his appointment as an Assistant Professor at NIT Rourkela in 2022 on contract. In addition, he has held the esteemed position of Research Associate at IIT (ISM) Dhanbad, India. He has also dedicated a substantial duration of his career as an Assistant Professor at the prestigious Gandhi Institute for Technology Autonomous Institute in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. Born in 1989 in Gopinathpur Sasan, Tigiria, Cuttack, Odisha, India, Dr. Mishra hails from a family with a rich tradition of educators. His father, Mr. Dinabandhu Mishra, his mother, Mrs. Prasovini Devi, and his two elder sisters, Mrs. Priyadarshana Mishra, and Mrs. Sanghamitra Mishra, all have served as teachers in primary schools. His wife, Mrs. Anisha Mohapatra, is also an educator. A pivotal moment in his life, the birth of his son Sriram Mishra ignited a newfound passion for writing, resulting in the commencement of a book. Dr. Mishra embarked on his academic journey with the pursuit of dual bachelor's degrees, majoring in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from BPUT Odisha, and Mathematics and Physical Sciences from ANU AP. He continued his quest for knowledge by earning a master's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from BPUT Odisha. His academic journey reached its pinnacle with the attainment of a Ph.D. from NIT Rourkela, where he specialized in the field of "Design of chipless RFID transponders for retail and healthcare applications." This remarkable achievement was made possible under the expert guidance of Prof. Santanu Kumar Behera, who has consistently played the roles of supporter, critic, and an expert teacher in the academic journey. Dr. Mishra's academic contributions are well-documented through his publications in esteemed journals, conferences, and book chapters, published by reputable publishers such as IEEE (Conferences/magazines/Transactions), Wiley Journals, CRC Press USA, and Nova Science USA. His areas of research expertise encompass chipless Radio Frequency Identification, Reader antennas, Electromagnetics, and Radio signal processing.
Dr. Mishra expressed his deep gratitude to his family members, including Mr. Diptikanta Mishra, Mr. Deviprasad Mishra, Mrs. Amrita Sarangi, Mr. Manas Kumar Mishra, as well as the younger members of the family, Anrulipta, Mehul, Aditya, Archana, and Anshuman.
